The four moves the tool makes for you.
Every prospect who takes the assessment goes through this in about 3 minutes. You don't have to do anything except share your Trailblazer URL — the tool does the work.
Share
You drop your Trailblazer URL somewhere a prospect will see it — Instagram bio, DM, TikTok, cold outreach.
Assess
They watch Finn walk them through 5 short questions. Get their archetype. Feel seen.
Notify
You get a branded email with their archetype, their answers, and exactly what to say when you reach out.
Convert
You send one real conversation-starter within 24 hours. The bridge to 4Life follows naturally.
Your Trailblazer URL — where the magic starts.
Every affiliate has their own unique Trailblazer URL. When someone visits it, the assessment starts, and any lead they generate is attributed to you — the notification email, the archetype conversation, the follow-up, all yours.
The format
Your slug is your name-based ID — e.g. ronney-saunders, whitney-elmer, kevin. Anywhere someone clicks that URL, you own the lead.
Where to share it
- Instagram bio — this is the highest-ROI slot. One link, always cold-funnel ready.
- TikTok caption or bio — same. If you're doing wellness or business content, park the link there.
- Cold outreach DMs — instead of pitching the product, invite them to a 60-second personality read. Way lower barrier.
- LinkedIn — especially for the Builder / Visionary archetypes who lean professional.
- Text messages to warm prospects — "Hey, saw this thing and thought of you — takes 60 seconds. Curious what you get."
- Business cards / QR codes — put the QR to your Trailblazer URL on print. Old-school but works.
🎯 Pro move
Do NOT pitch 4Life in the initial share. The whole point of the Trailblazer tool is that it disarms defensive prospects. If you say "here's my 4Life link" or "check out this business opportunity," you kill the curiosity that makes the tool work. Just say "take this — see what you are" or "I did this and it was way more accurate than I expected."
What you get when they finish the climb.
Within 30 seconds of a prospect submitting their email, you get a branded aurora-dark notification email. It's designed so anyone on the team can open it and immediately know what to do — you don't have to memorize the framework or the 4Life canon.
Every notification includes
- Their archetype — one of the five climbers, big and obvious at the top
- 🎯 Read the room — a practical personality profile: "Wellness-first and energy-conscious. Likely a mom, nurse, trainer, or someone who has made health a priority..."
- 💬 3 conversation openers — real lines you can steal and send. Not scripts — natural questions.
- 🌉 The 4Life bridge — how to translate their archetype into a real 4Life conversation without pitching
- 🧗 Their actual answers — all 5 of their picks so you can reference specifics that make them feel seen
- Reply button — click Reply in Gmail and it opens a compose window to their email address, with a suggested subject line
- View their report — see exactly the same archetype page they see

The three-part response that turns curiosity into conversation.
The notification email already gives you what to say. But here's the underlying model so you understand why it works and can adapt it to any prospect.
Read the room
Before you say anything, know who they probably are. The archetype tells you their personality, priorities, and what will feel authentic vs. pushy. Match your tone to their type.
Open a real conversation
Not "here's my link" — a question you actually want to hear their answer to. The three openers in the email are your starting library. Adapt them to fit your voice.
Bridge to 4Life naturally
Only after they've opened up. Match the 4Life angle to their archetype (Wellness → Transfer Factor; Builder → residual; Visionary → the platform; Connector → team; Wayfinder → freedom). Never pitch — offer.
Cold → warm → enrolled.
Your prospect doesn't go from "assessment" to "customer" in one click. The system is built to move them through three properties, each one warmer than the last.
🏔 Trailblazer
They take the assessment, get their archetype, get their email from Finn.
goupgohigh.com/{slug}
🏕 Homesteader
You send them to your hosted 4LifeUp page. Now they see YOU — bio, photo, testimonials, the movement.
4lifeup.com/?ref={slug}
🏔 4Life Account
They open an account under you via the 4Life corporate site or Fast Start Pack.
my4life.com/{4LifeID}
🔗 The natural bridge
When you reply to their assessment email, once the conversation is real, invite them to see YOUR page: "If this resonated, take a look at what I built — it might explain why." That's the transition from cold Trailblazer to warm Homesteader.
Then once they know your story and the movement, the 4Life enrollment happens through the natural conversation — not a pitch.
Best practices for Trailblazers.
Respond within 24 hours
Curiosity has a half-life. If they took the assessment on Tuesday and you reply Friday, you've lost the emotional momentum. Faster = warmer.
Curious, not selling
Your first message asks about them — not about 4Life, not about you. If they can tell you're trying to close them, they'll ghost.
Follow up: 24h → 3d → 7d
If they don't reply, one gentle follow-up at 3 days, one at 7 days, then let them go. Three attempts is enough. Overdoing it burns the lead permanently.
Cite their answer
"You said Q4 that you wanted to still be doing this in 10 years — that hit me." Referring to their exact quiz answer makes them feel seen and remembered.
Don't pitch in message #1
No product links, no comp plan, no "check this out." First message = conversation opener. Product comes in message #4 or #5, if at all.
Log every lead in your CRM
Even if it's a note in your phone. Track: archetype, opener sent, reply date, follow-up date. Trailblazers who track convert 3× more than those who wing it.
Why this beats a "check out my link."
🧠 The insight
Modern prospects have a pitch immune system. They can smell a sales approach from three sentences away. The Trailblazer tool works because it's the opposite of a pitch — it's a free 60-second gift that ends with them feeling understood.
By the time they've gotten their archetype, they associate you with a positive, self-affirming experience. That's the emotional bridge that pitching from the first message can't build.
Think of the Trailblazer tool as your first-date icebreaker. You wouldn't propose on a first date. You get to know them. Then, only if it feels right, you talk about what you're both building. Trailblazer works the same way — but it does the icebreaker for you.
Share the tool. Read the room. Open the conversation.
That's the whole climb.
