Six things we don't compromise on.

These are our operating principles — what we hold ourselves to and what we ask of every new affiliate who joins.

01 · Integrity

Share what you use, not what pays best.

If you wouldn't take it yourself, don't recommend it. The commission plan rewards integrity over optimization — over time, always.

02 · Relationship First

Nobody is a prospect. They're a person.

If a conversation ends with a "no," the friendship still stands. Full stop. We don't follow up forever and we don't sell pressure.

03 · Transparency

Say it's a business. Show the IDS.

The Income Disclosure goes with every conversation about earnings. No vague claims, no specific income promises. The people who opt in with clear eyes are the ones who stick.

04 · Duplicatable

Teach systems, not charisma.

The best leaders don't need to be on stage. They build systems and walk people through them. Charisma burns out; systems scale.

05 · Pace-Respecting

Every speed is welcome.

Spare time, part time, full time, or big time — all are valid, all are supported. The plan rewards consistency, not intensity.

06 · Build People

Be more proud of who you build.
